Dr. Payne is, without question, the most caring and compassionate doctor my wife and I have ever had. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients as people, not just medical cases. Really a great Dr with easy to talk to.
Dr. Payne takes the time listen to me and my old lady issues. He always provides me the care I need. He sends me to the right doctors when he has to refer me to someone. I always use Methodist MyChart first when I need to find care. I can print out what I need from MyChart to show to non-participating providers. Back to Dr. Payne. He and his staff are great. I feel confident that I will receive the best care possible from them. I am very grateful to have wonderful people taking care of my healthcare needs.
I really like Dr. Payne. He really listens and then makes decisions that take care of the problem you are having.
