Had a back up and someone came right out. They unclogged the clean out and unclogged the bathtub. Discovered the tank was under the driveway so they came out the next morning and dug up the driveway to find the tank. Tree roots were the problem. They gave recommendation for copper sulfate to keep tree roots from growing again. Highly recommend. More reasonable than I expected.

Great job! After a bad experience with another company. We called Payne they were here in a few hours., found the tank and had it cleaned in less than an hour! Thank ya'll so much!
