Had a crown placed by Dr. Stone that fell out in less than 3 years. He blamed the humidity for the crown falling out (I have much older crowns from other dentists that never did that)! Instead of charging a minimal fee I was charged $200 which would have been more had i not noticed that he tried to also bill me for an x-ray he didn't do!
Professional friendly staff. They are helpful with managing insurance coverage and estimating the cost of dental work. Dr. Matthew Payne is the best doctor. Dr. Payne has managed my extensive dental care for the last 10 years and is excellent with preventive care and highly skilled in his work. I used to be so fearful of dental appointments, now I'm relaxed and confident that I will receive the best care, always pain free and leaving with instructions to manage my dental health
They don't listen and when I went I got a bridge that kept cutting in my gums and I was told that my teeth was not moving but I showed by husband and son. When I brush my teeth you can see the fake teeth move. My gums are only swollen where the bridge is and the cuts in the gums only where the bridge is. I used vinger garlic and it took alot of the swollen down 3 weeks later when I saw him the gums where getting better but still swollen. I had a temp of 101.9 and was not given antibiotics.
