My family and I needed a larger vehicle to accommodate our growing family. I made a phone call to see what vehicles in their inventory had a 3rd row and I was warmly greeted by Chris Montemayor over the phone. He informed me that they had several vehicles available both in used and new that had the captain chair seating that I was looking for. Mr. Eddie at service department was very helpful and always kept me informed of my vehicles progress.
The 24-48 hour promised window of return wasnt honored. I almost went a week without my vehicle, just to be told the warranty didnt cover on a minor issue I've had for over 6 months. I'm still upset and honestly don't see the point in warranties. My vehicle was not even ready when I was told it would be. Just a waste of time and money to be honest.
I saw the car in photos on Thursday. 24 hours later, I drove away in my car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept me posted when dealing with the bank. I was treated as a VIP. I highly recommend Payne Mission.
