Zero stars if I could. They include free oil changes for 2 years but for what when you have to either leave your car over night or wait for 2 plus hours for a job that takes 15 minutes to do. The sales department makes promises that are not true with the services department
Came here to buy a Jetta let’s just say I ended up buying a Corolla. Salesman look tired and lazy. He showed minimal effort or care to sell something. At one point he disappeared for like half an our and didn’t even let me know. I assumed he must have gone out to lunch. When I asked the “receptionist” where he could be she looked at like I was crazy for asking that!
