I took my Atlas in March 16, 2026, for maintenance as well for them to repair my windshield, since I purchase the warranty for windshield repair or for them to replace it if needed. They told me they would get a callback within a couple of days. 2 weeks later no call, I called asked for Monica, gentlemen that answered said she was busy and she would call me back, 3 weeks later same thing its been over 2 months with no call from Monica or anyone. If I would of know they weren't going to repair my windshield or submit my work ... read more

Took my atlas due to a faulty transmission pop up sign on dashboard, took it in without appt due to happening unexpectedly and been trying to get an answer and nothing! calls have been send to service dept and no answer they pass the ball on the phone and no one can give me an answer -.-! Really disappointed
