It's always a bad experience with this guys, (especially service)there isn't a single day you visit where things go well. It's always excuses, I guess once you close deal customers and good customer service is not a priority anymore.
Hello, my name is Ana Estrada, I just got my car back after a month in the shop, Mr Karol Gonzalez took my account, I don’t usually like to give out bad reviews, but I don’t like the way things where handled, from the very beginning, Mr Gonzales wouldn’t call me to give me up dates on my vehicle, he would tell me that it would be ready n it wasn’t, and then he told me that all parts were covered by warranty n when he turned in my car to me he then told me that the shrubs weren’t covered, I have everything on text, and then h... read more
Service Department, awful customer service.. do not recommend at all, Elena was extremely rude and unprofessional. They blame the customer for their poor performance and don’t even get me started on the wait time… hours for an oil change.
Very friendly staff.
