I called because I had a water leak on my mainline from the meter to my house, and I was told that Payne mechanical services only does some residential work, and my area was not one of them even though I have a Shreveport address.
They put in a Heat pump years ago,they did not file warranty, so when we had issues it was not under warranty, we have had to replace thousands on unit, we just now were able to afford a new unit, they were replacing the outside duct work, and found it was not connected to the main duct work? So all these years we have been heating and cooling attic..check what they do
