Great hay selection and great customer service.
I'm updating my review. I have been getting hay from them now for several months. Still tricky to get an answer during the week but worth the drive for quality hay.
My story with Payne hay started with a search on Google after I received 500 bales of moldy hay. By the time I realized how compromised my bales were, it was the beginning of November. I searched for hay and came upon Payne Hay. I spoke with Dewayne Payne Jr. I told him my situation. I had anxiety, heartburn, and sleepless nights worrying about my donkeys and horses.
