I was a loyal, seven year client. I filed no claims. I paid on time. Then an inspection in January showed that my roof had suffered significant hail damage and suddenly, The Payne Agency/Allstate contact stopped answering emails and texts. Though I and my roofers have made repeated efforts to move forward towards resolution, Allstate reps are always out of office, unresponsive, repeatedly delaying and cancelling. I paid for protection.
