This road crew has been working for the past 10 days in my Historic small vacation town in Blaney Park, MI. Instead of using acceptable methods of communication this crew beeped multiple horns on vehicles for over 14 hours over the course of days disrupting multiple businesses and their customers. Worst HR department in existence. Run.
I worked for paybe and dolan and they lied to me. They said i would have fair hours and a solid schedule. Instead after 2 weeks of training i was told that i HAVE to work 12 hour days 6 days a week or get fired. I tried telling them that is not what i was told during hiring. They said they would work with me. Then a few weeks later they then said they would fire me if i didnt work 12 hour days. I have kids.
