I think they forget that they have neighbors. It's kind of obnoxious when you're trying to put your kid down for a nap or enjoy your own property when they have their parties going. But no worries because the noise doesn't go consistently for 2 hours they have breaks in between to avoid the noise ordinance. Thanks guys.
