My Dentist retired, so I looked for a Family Dentist with a good rating, not a Group Dental practice. Susanna Payne lived up to the ratings. Her and her staff were very engaging and made the first visit very comfortable and pleasant. The office is clean and inviting and the repair of my chipped tooth was excellent. I would unhesitatingly recommend this Dentist to others.
Everyone here is incredibly kind, and professional. I’m not very familiar with dental terminology, but they explained everything so clearly and made me feel completely comfortable never awkward or rushed. Their pricing is also very fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. What really stood out to me is that it’s a father-and-daughter team, and their skill and expertise are truly outstanding. In 2019, I went to Drs. Payne at the recommendation of a friend to discuss the potential of getting a dental implant. I was 8 months pregnant at the time, and have never felt more cared for at a dentist’s office than I did at Payne Dentistry. Dr. Payne and the entire team there have been wonderful to work with. I just had my first ever root canal, and as scared as I was to go through it, they made it the best possible experience for me. Once I was numb the whole process was a breeze. I even fell asleep for a little while. Not only is Dr. Payne excellent and dedicated to what she does, she is also very funny and down to earth, explaining everything I asked about along the way.
