Energy bills were rising, possibly from dirty ducts, so I arranged the service. The technician, Ian, sealed the registers and used brushes to scrub inside. He removed layers of dust that were insulating the ducts inefficiently. Once, he showed me a photo of a severe blockage from lint in a dryer vent incident. After completion, efficiency is up, and I'm pleased with the fresher, cost-saving atmosphere.

I got quotes from three companies, and Payne HVAC was the most upfront and reasonably priced. No surprises, no hidden fees. They did an excellent job and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Honest businesses like this are rare these days.!!
