My AC wasn’t cooling well, so I called for a coil cleaning. The technician, named Floyd, found the coils clogged with dirt and pet dander. He used a cleaning solution to make them spotless. Floyd showed me the grime removed, which was astonishing. My AC cools the house instantly now, and my energy bill is lower. He was thorough and professional, and I’m absolutely delighted with the exceptional results.

I got quotes from three companies, and Payne HVAC was the most upfront and reasonably priced. No surprises, no hidden fees. They did an excellent job and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Honest businesses like this are rare these days.!!

The air duct cleaning service was a game-changer for our home. James, the technician, arrived on time and guided me through what he’d be doing. He discovered a nest of some sort in one of the ducts; mercifully, it was old and abandoned, but it was wild to think it was there! The vacuuming and brushing operation was noisy, but he worked quickly. Since the cleaning, the house smells better, and the HVAC system appears to work more smoothly. I didn't understand how much dirt might accumulate in those ducts.

Marcus was very respectful of our home and pets. He found a child’s toy blocking one of the vent lines (we had been wondering why one room always stayed warm!). The air now flows evenly throughout the house, and the system sounds quieter. He was friendly, professional, and explained how to maintain our filters properly.
