So far so good with the service team. They are nice and professional. I forget to ask about topping off fluids, but I’ll check if they did before leaving. The worst part is the waiting area. It’s gross. The carpets are stained, the seat crevices are full of spoiling food, and they make you listen to Fox News. That’s a one star deduction.
Brought my truck in for service. They have a consultant help with the process. 1 Labor rate was so high my warranty didn't cover the whole cost. 2 Communication with the consultant was poor 3 Ended up waiting for consultant to get back from lunch because paperwork wasn't done. 4 They had trouble starting my truck. Said I had a bad battery. Wanted me to take battery out and replace it. Battery is 2 months old. They were finally able to jump start it. 5 Left with check engine light still on. Brought my Silverado to the dealership for a windshield washer issue. Said the might be a day or two so I took a courtesy ride home. The next day I was told I needed new nozzles and they had to order. I said ok order and I will reschedule service. That was a Friday. I called the Service Dept. They had the nozzles in stock, I said hold for my next scheduled service date. I brought my truck back to the dealership. Again left the truck. Service advisor at Ed Payne Chevrolet - Carlos Garcia, was of great help in helping me get everything I needed done to my vehicle, patient... Gave me in writing the cost of Future maintenance I needed to be done and gave me work # to contact him for future service and if I ever needed any help.
