The worst customer service by Jacob Reyes, service advisors! I would like to speak to the main GM but when I call they leave me on the phone for over an hour and nothing. Took in my NEW 2026 Trax they said they had a 2 day turn around and I’m on day 6 and continuous calls. They never call me. I call them and after an hour on ther phone still get disconnected and get nowhere. These people need to remember that without customers they won’t have a job. Why don’t they care? Absolutely terrible service experience. 2024 chevy tahoe brought in for a warranty repair. The "repair" was done by gluing plastic pieces back together and did not fix the issue. Any follow up to get the repair done correctly (calling the service dept, calling to talk to the service manager, etc) has been impossible, and ignored. Take your vehicle elsewhere. ***follow up*** I have attempted to schedule repairs to get this corrected with no luck. Absolutely terrible follow through and customer service.
I have trusted Payne’s service department with my vehicles for many years, but unfortunately my recent experiences have completely changed my opinion. During a previous oil change and tire rotation, the technicians failed to properly tighten my wheel lug nuts. I only discovered the issue because I kept hearing a strange noise coming from the front passenger side.
