Payne Chevy takes the "pain" out of both buying and servicing a car. I love my Bolt EUV.
On the positive side, they fixed my issue and were very polite. Jose was my service contact, and he did a fair job of keeping me informed of the progress. After a week, I spoke with the service manager Jacob, and he seemed concerned with my issue and very polite. The downside was that they took over 10 days to diagnose and repair a transmission leak on a 2024 Yukon XL Denali with less than 8000 miles.
