I was really impressed when I started going to Dr Payne. It’s her nursing. You can leave messages all day everyday. You are wasting your time. If you don’t go into office and make an appointment or get a refill count it out. I live 8 miles out it’s so frustrating to have to go in for a refill or appointment. I will find another doctor if things doesn’t get better. It’s been over 6-8 months dealing with this problem. Nursing office care stinks I have never experience this! I rate them a 2 for now. It use to be better!
