Very disappointed with the telephone etiquette at this office. We experienced a highly unprofessional first contact; the individual who answered was audibly chewing throughout the conversation and responded to a simple price inquiry with a dismissive 'shop around if you don't like it' attitude. While businesses can set their own rates, there is no excuse for a lack of basic courtesy. We took his advice and will be taking our business elsewhere.
Not sure who I spoke to but felt he was very cold. Will not be taking my business here.
