Caveat Emptor .... Buyer beware!!! If I could give NEGATIVE stars here I would. I called Payne Appraisal LLC because they were the closest ones. In total I have called four times this week, and sent the electronic request to set up an appt for appraisal. To date: NOTHING -zero response. :( They have ignored me for an entire business week. I have no idea how they hope to stay in business with such incredibly poor standards. The other reviews are not wrong. :( Too bad too b/c I would have been happy to give them my business an... read more
