My order with PayMore was accepted and payment processed, but the Matawan location abruptly canceled it days later without any explanation or outreach. This reflects poorly on PayMore’s internal processes and customer service standards. A simple explanation would have been appropriate. I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to be cautious when ordering from PayMore until they improve reliability and communication.
Writing this as I sit in the parking lot. I just walked out and I can honestly say that was one of the best business interactions I have ever had. Even from a personal standpoint, Jack was absolutely amazing. He explained everything in detail and he carefully went through all of my items to try and get the most value out of them. He even put in a counteroffer into his system and was able to get me a little more for one of my items. Good spot to go to resell tech stuff you're not using. Very friendly staff
The associate in charge of their online operations who I dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to send detailed photos of items I was interested in and answer all of my questions in great detail. Thank you again for the amazing experience. UPDATE: I just visited for the first time today and had a great experience with Jack. He was super friendly and genuinely interested in learning about my life living in a cargo van. He went above and beyond to accommodate me as a customer.
