When your vehicle is booted, they hand you a paper with one set of terms and conditions, but as you proceed online, you’re unknowingly presented with a second set of agreements that include hidden fees. This company is both fraudulent and preditory. I had to resort to engaging government and law enforcement agencies to address these issues. If you have ever been charged any fee by this company I strongly recommend you contact both an attorney and your local government representation.
Absolutely awful, predatory, and probably illegal company. Doubt they’ll be in business much longer
This company is fraudulent. They are vendors for Baltimore City residents and they charging inaccurate fees. Their contact info is wrong. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am suing their company.
