We have been using them for a few months now and always quick to get back to me if I have any questions! All equipment came on time. We had a little trouble when we were installing it but got on with a tech and had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes!
Worst Customer Service ever. Please does people that starting business don’t even think using them for your Business. I fill out the Application for my Merchant Machine the Machine didn’t arrive on time I’m stocked not having it when I opened my Business. And when you call a customer service no one even answered the phone you have to leave a messages..

Horrible company to deal with. Charged over and above agreed amounts on lease that I have actually terminated. Feel like I have been given the run around and dealing with many people instead of one representative. Mystery charges like insurance that I have not agreed to as well. do not trust Paylidify.
Richard Waskewics is the best in his industry! Rather slow times when I was processing few charges, or when I was slammed with busy seasons and millions of $$ in charges, he was always a phone call away. However, he was rarely needed as his backend crew was doing everything to make sure my charges and deposits continued to flow as promised. And don't get me started on the amount of expense I saved with Paylidiy's lower rates! We (Richland Chevrolet) recently switched merchant processors and chose Paylidify. I worked with Richard Waskewics and he was SO helpful! He was always available and ready to help (and we needed a lot of help). Previously, we had communication errors on our terminals due to being on phone lines. They were able to keep us on terminals powered by a phone line connection and fix all of our communication error problems also! I am very pleased with their service and commitment to us as customers.
