I'm just been honest many times i have bought parts from Payless and I'm satisfied with the level of service i received and the price.
Be aware when ordering from this place. I needed a front cross-member for my truck. First, they gave a price of 600$ and I ordered it. Then they said it's not ready and if you want it by the next day it's going to be 1200$ . My truck was taken apart, and we relied on them to provide the part. After they knew we needed it and the dealer would need time to supply it, they took advantage of us and doubled the price. Not a professional way to do business, won't recommend.
