I was very impressed with this small family business! And must admit I was surprised to see that the owner is a woman. I was there to have the sensors changed on my 2019 Subaru. Meghan was wonderful helping me over the phone to purchase the correct ones even before I came in. Everyone seems to know their craft quite well! A real human answered the phone on my first call. She was very nice and confirmed the exact size tire that I needed was in stock. I arrived 20 minutes later from King William and within 20 minutes, I was out of there with a new tire. It was an awesome experience and I will go back when I need to, and I have told many people about it since I left there
Called several hours in advance to confirm they could put a tire on for me. Upon arriving 30 minutes early we're informed that they stopped taking people at 1130, despite being told 1230 on the phone. Very poor customer service
