They are horrible, my boyfriend got tires from them they patched a hole near side wall and said “they were like brand new nothing wrong with them” they didn’t do anything my boyfriend asked about new value stems! DON’T RECOMMEND TO NO ONE AT ALL they didn’t balance the one tire that go on, they took 4 weights off a different tire, they have them stacked on top of each other not like normal they have weight on 1 side🤦🏽♀️ they need to be closed down!!! I was very impressed with this small family business! And must admit I was surprised to see that the owner is a woman. I was there to have the sensors changed on my 2019 Subaru. Meghan was wonderful helping me over the phone to purchase the correct ones even before I came in. Everyone seems to know their craft quite well! A real human answered the phone on my first call. She was very nice and confirmed the exact size tire that I needed was in stock. I arrived 20 minutes later from King William and within 20 minutes, I was out of there with a new tire. It was an awesome experience and I will go back when I need to, and I have told many people about it since I left there
