Yet again, the pharmacy messes up my prescription and I’m stuck going two days without my medicine AGAIN! Trying to call and talk to them does no good at all because if it’s in their computer that’s what it is regardless if you have proof that they are wrong. This pharmacy is ridiculous!! The Pharmacist is the rudiest person I have ever encountered. She should not be in customer service…period.
They always check the prices when I ask, to see if a discount card will do better than my insurance. But you must ask for this. There is an old fashioned drive-up with the container that travels through a tunnel like at a bank, or you can walk to the window without going inside the grocery store. This is Kroger, for those who know it from other states.
