The Pharmacist is the rudiest person I have ever encountered. She should not be in customer service…period.

They always check the prices when I ask, to see if a discount card will do better than my insurance. But you must ask for this. There is an old fashioned drive-up with the container that travels through a tunnel like at a bank, or you can walk to the window without going inside the grocery store. This is Kroger, for those who know it from other states.

West Lafayette Payless pharmacy especially the drive through is a disaster. The old non working drive up window is still on the side of the building to add to the confusion of where the drive up window is and the signage to the drive up "window" is none existent. The booth your drive up to is hidden behind trees where it is difficult to spot.
