Recently needed a place to store things from our home in the area while slowly moving out of state. The owner is extremely reachable and we were able to call, meet with, sign for and have the keys to the unit all within an afternoon. Returning the keys once we were needing to leave was just as simple. Prices seem more than reasonable and I would recommend to anyone

The owner was very helpful, he helped me unload heavy items, he was very careful not to damage my property, when I was moving in, he also met me at unit when I was moving stuff out, unlocked the unit with his key, I left mine in a different truck, he also cut my padlock off with my giving him the ok, a few days later I returned and give him his key, got my $25 dollar deposit back. He was a very friendly person, the units were very clean, and I felt very comfortable storing my house items there, Five Stars all day long!!

Highly recommen Payless storage and trailer rental. Not only have i had several storages and currently still do, super clean and new units, their trailer rental also came to my rescue, They are super great people and great pricing all across the board for both.

I rented a unit for a short period of time. The facility is very clean and well cared for. Rates were lower then other places in the area. The owner was very nice and accommodating. If I ever need a unit in the future I will definitely rent here again. He provides a special lock with key that no one could cut and it was easy to use so you don't have to buy your own!

Nice clean units and great security. The pricing was very fair and they were friendly and easy to contact. Definitely recommend. I plan on renting from Payless again next winter.
