Good shoes - cute purses - reasonable prices! I have never been one to buy expensive shoes - but even though the shoes at Payless are not expensive, I have had a lot of luck buying quality, long lasting shoes for both my kids and myself. In addition, they have the cutest, trendiest purses I have seen - again at very reasonable prices. My only fault with this store would be the size, there is not much room in the aisles for someone, especially if you have a stroller.
