Our septic needed pumping; called Payless and the office was very professional and got me scheduled. They called before the appointment to ensure I was home and arrived right on time. Darrell did a great job cleaning the tank and answered several questions I had.
Strong Advice I just read a previous review of how badly this company treated them also and I believe it after my experience today after 15 years of service with this company, is recommending to choose anyone else, after the owner informing me to do so, and that he was the owner of this company, telling me who he was without asking, told me after questioning his additional fee, to go somewhere else today and even offering to give me a number of someone else. Came out same day after they heard we had an emergency situation with our septic. Fixed the issue, gave advice, and was VERY reasonable. I'd use them again in a heart-beat.
The owner-operator came to pump my septic tank. He wasn't able to remove the lid, so he decided to leave and charge a show-up fee. First I asked if we could waive the fee if I still used him to do the work after the lid is removed by someone else. He declined to do so. Then I asked for an invoice for the fee before I paid it, he told me they aren't able to provide invoices -- "we only bill." Good people, doing good work. Septic tank pumping went well. Megan(I believe) helped work me into their schedule, helped work out the details so I knew what to expect. Darryl showed up at the scheduled time and got right to it. Good guy, doing dirty work. Went great, just like last time. Thanks guys
