These two guys worked long and hard to fix plugged drain. Highly Recommend
We have used Payless twice now and they are great! Rich is so nice and very knowledgeable and gets the job done quick and efficiently. They are upfront and fair with their pricing and they are quick to respond and come out. I have compared pricing with other businesses and theirs is the best. I always like being able to use a local business and this one is great. We will definitely continue to use them for our plumbing needs!
I called them. I’m at live alone 69 yr old woman . Said they would come but, because I’m a first time caller it would be 290.00 and then whatever the repairs were, cash only. I explained I had 400.00 cash could I pay balance by check. Answer was No. so glad I got someone to come and fix my toilet.
When our pipes froze they were the only ones we found that was willing to come out on the weekend to help. The customer service was great, when she thought there might be a delay she called us back to try and trouble shoot the issue to try and fix it with out having to use the emergency diagnostic. When the person showed up he was very friendly and explained what was going on. We simply needed a replaced return for our pluming main drain. They did not show up for an appraisal for days, then showed up with no tools or tape measure. Antoinette was rude and refused to give an estimate to us, after taking $250 cash down on the job. She was accusing and said she “didn’t trust us” and no refuses to return our money. We got Rich her worker to sign a receipt. What a scam of a business, unprofessional crooks!
