Absolutely wonderful! Great customer service! Better than all the rest! We have been customers for years!
My father in law fell down the stairs and broke his glasses and hospitalized. I called Payless Optical Wednesday evening, where my in laws go, to see if he could replace his glasses and sent pic of frames. Henry replied after they had closed and glasses were ready the next day. When we picked up his glasses he asked how my Father in law was doing. Henry went above and beyond for us and with sincere concern. Highly recommend!
The best customer service around and an awesome selection. So much better than the guess work of ordering online!
I love this place. Don't get ripped off by your optometrist, take your prescription here. Complete pair of frames and lenses were 1/8th of the price of a set of frames at my optometrist.
Very helpful and prices were reasonable. I’ll be back with rest of the family scripts!
