Went in to get glasses, the man at the counter had my husband and talk to a customer on the phone to tell them their glasses were messed up FOR THE MAN WORKING and made my husband write it down, instead of helping me get my glasses handled, then proceeded to keep telling my choice of glasses were not flattering on me instead of doing his job. Highly unprofessional establishment
THIS GUY IS LITERALLY THE BEST!! Have worn glasses for literally 16yrs and never had a pair of lenses feel so great on my eyes. I almost cried when I left cause how great my eyes feel. It feels like I’ve been scammed and blinded the last 16yrs and I can finally see well with absolutely no discomfort! Will recommend him to anyone and everyone. And his prices are sooo much better than everyone.
I really enjoy this gentleman that works here. He's a man of few words, but very helpful. Just bring in your Rx from your eye doc. He gives suggestions on shapes that fit your face. Can fix old ones if you bring them in, and has great prices/works with your insurance. I bring in my old standby sunglasses to have him put in new Rx every year(only $75 as of 2023). He calls or texts to let you know when they are done and ready. I highly recommend this place to buy glasses if your on a budget.
Had a glasses emergency and I didn’t have my little kit to tighten screws. Popped in here randomly and they were so kind and got me all fixed up. Didn’t even charge even though I also had them replace my nose pieces. Thanks so much!
The absolute best customer service and prices. I’ve been there twice when I needed new frames, but my lenses were fine. He was able to fit the existing lenses into new frames and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend.
