I went here again, and had another great experience. I would update to 5 stars, but they don't take American express anymore. Convenient, they replaced a part of my exhaust in a few hours. I showed up, they took the car and fixed it. Called me a few hours later to pickup. Friendly in person, and they took photos when it was on the lift, so I recommended asking so you can understand what they did. With boiling frog syndrome I simply ignored how loud my exhaust was getting till one day the muffler hit the pavement…. I brought it to the guys at Payless for an estimate and was expecting the worst. For an extremely fair price he repaired what he could and replaced what was damaged.. whoever did the weld stacked dimes so clean it looks factory. Now, to my surprise, I can hear myself think and I’m no longer getting “loud ambient“ alerts from my phone. Thank you!
