They have come through for me three times in life.I've never had an issue and always had great customer service.Thank you for that payless storage
Worked out great in 2017 the lady was kind, upfront and gave good rates and today went for a 3rd time
I've had the storage for slightly over a year. Today, I discovered signs of rat infestation. I spoke with Connie (manager), but the soonest she will send an exterminator is at the "pre-scheduled" date 2 weeks from now. I can't say this is an acceptable time frame. Real problem there.
I've been a customer her twice in the last 15 years and WAS very satisfied. As of covid it's on the decline. Rates have been raised 3x but keypads hardly work. Good luck getting out of the gate! I'm sure they'll raise the rates to accommodate the fix again too.
