When we started this search we visited several locations. I spoke with Jeff first at Payless and he was very straight forward to determine what we were looking to acquire. Jeff was also part of the delivery process and he and his team did a great job of helping it go as smoothly as possible. David and Brittany are also helpful and patient. Even though we had some delay issues caused by weather, current employment issues, and supply chain issues, that as the owner, were frustrating they were patient and got things done. ... read more
