I had Payless Gutters remove all my old rain gutters and had new gutters installed. Everyone that I dealt with from this company were outstanding to work from the owner, office staff and installers they were all exceptional. They were on time for the job and were very good about picking up and leaving my yard clean. And the gutters look great, they did a fantastic job! I had these people come into my home for a gutter estimate & was very dissapointed. The owner of this company smelled as if he just drank a fifth of whisky. He was very short with me, and seemed creepy. He even made some comment on my appearance. Somthing to the effect that he thought I was very attractive. I was forced to ask him to leave with out an estimate even being completed. I do not & will not reccommend this company to anyone. I received a bid on new gutters. The price was very reasonable. The new gutters were installed the same week. The work was very professional and I would highly recommend this company. I won't have to worry about slippery decks any more. /pc
I called several gutter companies in Reno and Sparks to give me an estimate. I left three messages with the companies and Payless was the only one that promptly called me back and did my estimate the same day. I had them do my front entry because I get ice in the winter. They were able to do my job within the same week as the estimate and the gutters look great and work good too! I dont have the ice patch in front of my door anymore and I am really happy with it. I would definately recommend Payless Gutters to my neighbors.
