I've been a loyal customer of Virginia Park Cleaners for 10 years without any issues. However, since the change in ownership a few months ago, I've now lost two pieces of clothing. Whenever I ask for help locating the lost items, I'm met with empty promises from Patel the attendant that he will "call the plant" and follow up, but nothing ever happens. Save yourself a few hundred dollars and go somewhere else
Despite the door saying "Same Day service. In by 9, out by 4" they do not offer same day service anymore. You won't find this out until you try to pick it up and it's not there. It took three days last time to get our clothes back. We're going to try other locations.
Had a pleasant and flawless experience. From beginning to end they answered all my questions. There approach was professional and fun. Very affordable pricing !!

Terrible! I've been using the same cleaners for 7 years. They raised prices again, so I thought I would give Virginia Park Cleaners a try since they were cheaper. Brought about 7-8 items in. When I picked them up 2 of the items, jeans and a shirt, weren't even cleaned. 2 dress shirts and a pair of jeans were stiff as a board...WTH? So the attendant said to leave those 2 dirty items and they will clean again. When I went to pick then up a second time, AGAIN the same spots were there.
