I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I brought in a white coated jacket for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, the coat was covered with long hairs. Since the coat is white, it was very noticeable. It honestly looked like someone had worn it after cleaning. My mother has short hair, so the long hairs clearly did not come from us. My wife brought them a jumpsuit for alterations. They left the length uneven then tried to charge her 10 bucks to fix them after already having paid 14 bucks. To many excuses give me back the 14 bucks. After a very animated discussion they. Gave me back the original money. And said don't come back. They don't stand behind the work.
