It should be 0 stars! First off, I had an appointment for 11:30, explaining I had to pick up my daughter and wouldn't be home until then. They showed up at 10:50 while my wife was at home. My wife then called me saying they wanted $175. The price I was quoted was $44 plus 25 cents a square foot for stains. I spoke to the guy over the phone and he tried to say the stains were from mold and they would have to use some sort of special cleaner.
