Hours to get a rental and they weren't busy. Rental process is extremely ineffective and inefficient. Took two hours to get rental. UPDATED: In addition to their check-out inadequacies, this place never checked my rental back in, accused me keeping the car three days past turn in date, and CANNOT for the life of the entire company provide me with a receipt. Their website is broken and will not allow even creating an account to get a receipt. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
Pathetically bad "customer service". Their car has a leaky tire. No big deal, it happens. But there is no way to get through to anyone in customer service or roadside assistance in order to get it fixed. I'll wait it on hold twice, each for about 20 minutes, and both times after waiting, the line just disconnected. No explanation, just disconnected. Oh well, I tried to help them out, I guess they don't care about the condition of their cars, so it'll be returned appropriately.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I would give them negative stars if possible. They gave us a defective car. We went back. Gave us another “with a free update” (we got a jeep wrangler, an absolute piece of trash). Then that car wouldn’t start and we spent several hours dealing with the towing and getting back to the airport. We landed at 1PM and basically spent our whole first day here dealing with this problem. Worst car rental experience of my life.
