I asked for a truck and got a honda ridge line which is basically a honda civic with an unusable fake truck bed. The car had been washed and not wiped down it was covered with water stains all over the windows. The car had crumbs in all of the cup holders. To make things worse the driver side window struggled to open and close to the point where I was afraid to open it for fear it wouldn’t close. Never renting from here again!
Pay attention to the reviews, don’t waist your money with this company, the worst I have been experience, AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM, HORRIBLE SERVICE…
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! Hiden fees and terrible customer service. 880$ rental quickly turned to 1300, they also charge a full day rent for anything more then 3 hours and they are not accommodating when I come to flight delays. I rent all the time because I travel for work and would never ever give these people a cent ever again.
Rented a car and paid in advance only to be left stranded at the airport after a red eye flight because there were no cars. Had to Uber an hour away to my Destination. Cesar at the counter was also very rude and uncaring. You have a computer that tells you how many cars you have, so you shouldn’t give cars out if people have them reserved and paid for!
I rented a car from the airport, $30 a day, for 5 days, $150 become $394 I have full coverage insurance too
