Booked a truck five months ago. Came in to the location only to find out they didn’t have the truck I need. Said they called and had a wrong number. Tried calling the day of to give the bad news. I pressed the agent to ask what number they dialed and the proper one was on file. Will never go the cut-rate route again. Poor man was working by himself with a line stretching to the door
When I picked up the car great customer service but after dropping it off awful customer service. Guy literally yelled at me on the phone and said are we done here just for asking questions about charges. Will never rent here again
