The day I was to pick up a rental they called and canceled stating they didn't have any cars. But when I received my credit card statement I noticed that They charged me for a car i never rented! I filed a dispute with my card company. Beware of this company
We booked this rental car through Costco weeks in advance, received confirmation, planned our trip around it, and then Avis canceled the reservation ONE HOUR before pickup. No meaningful explanation, no replacement vehicle, no urgency to help resolve the situation — just stranded customers scrambling at the last minute because Avis apparently takes “confirmed reservations” as optional. Do not Recommend. This independently owned location Cancelled Memorial Day weekend car I reserved a month ago 1.5 hours before we were supposed to leave. No cars available and no solution offered. Weird location, unprofessional and unorganized. Pay a few extra bucks and go anywhere else.
Always rent from this location. Never had a bad experience. Sometimes they upgrade you for free. Don't see a problem with that. I don't know what the reviewer that said the location was rough means. Seemed fine to me except for some leaves on the floor.
Suv was dirty, dented, windowshield chipped. Had ordered a car ended up with an SUV they were not organized when I got there
