Was given a car that had horrendous cigarette smell throughout the vehicle.
The line was twice as long and 10x as slow as TSA. I jealously eyed the rival counters with no line at all. Why do car rental companies operate like this is a service they only thought of yesterday. Why does someone with a detailed online rental even need to go to the counter? All the street parking car share services don’t make you do this. It’s so unnecessarily retrograde. Traditional rental car CEOs should be deeply embarrassed.
long lines but otherwise good
Worst anxiety attack ever renting a car!!!! I paid for a mid size SUV and when I got there they had a small Chevy trailblazer for me which they claimed was an upgrade. I beg to differ that is not a bigger car than the one I ordered which was suppose to be a mid size suv like a rogue or similar. Anyways, customer service was terrible, then I returned the car and I asked the lady where the returns are and if they’re on the first or third floor and she said “just go to returns”.
