I love payless. I've been driving with them exclusively since Septemberof 2022. Their prices are cheap, they have expert staff, and are always professional. Excellent cars, smooth driving, clean interiors. Never had one break down or flat tire. Would highly recommend.

I prepaid for a Payless car. I arrived at the Payless counter. I am told to move and get on the Avis line. There are 3 Avis counters open. There are no cars available for rent. Even prepaid ones. So 2 of the 3 employees are sitting at Avis computers unable to do anything. Then I get to the Avis counter after waiting in the Avis Line and employee goes back to Payless counter and tells me to go back there. Horrible service at their JFK branch. It is beyond ridiculous. That place should be closed. They do not deserve to be in any kind of business. The worst ever!

This was the worst service I ever had. I called Payless because they did not have their own office at JFK. The person who answered could not tell me where the office was. I entered the office and was in there for over an hour. They made me switch lines 3 times. They had no one at the counter to help me. It took over an hour for me to leave. This is the worst business in New York! Do not use Payless.
