Waited in line for 3 hours with only 6 people in front of me. After a long flight this is not acceptable. Only 1 person checking people in, unless preferred Avis customers were not in line. I will never rent from Avis or Payless again. Horrible customer service. Plus, no where to sit except on floor or on suitcase.

HORRIBLE! I reserved a car earlier today, arrive at the airport with belongings to then be told by a disgruntled bored employee that there are no cars available. I said what do you mean there are no cars available, I have a reservation, it was confirmed, he repeats there are no cars. I said are you going to at least cancel my reservation because it shows active so I’m not showed and he says it’s been canceled - it was never canceled. I love payless. I've been driving with them exclusively since Septemberof 2022. Their prices are cheap, they have expert staff, and are always professional. Excellent cars, smooth driving, clean interiors. Never had one break down or flat tire. Would highly recommend.

I prepaid for a Payless car. I arrived at the Payless counter. I am told to move and get on the Avis line. There are 3 Avis counters open. There are no cars available for rent. Even prepaid ones. So 2 of the 3 employees are sitting at Avis computers unable to do anything. Then I get to the Avis counter after waiting in the Avis Line and employee goes back to Payless counter and tells me to go back there. I asked why I could not be helped by the 2 people at the Avis counter that were unable to work. Really did not get a good ... read more
