Sooooo slow, they don't have the actual Payless counter open so you have to wait for the Avis customers too. Employees are in no hurry and there are not enough. The lack of staff and competence for a rental company at a major airport is mind blowing.
Worst employees, very unorganized.
The wait time is horrible, hot and they do not have enough staff. They are rude and unprofessional.
This place is not it, there lines is mixed with avis and take forever I been here for 3 hours the customer service is rude only reason I have to rent is because I can’t cancel my reservation but never again
