I made a car reservation 6 months in advance of our trip. After standing in line for 2 hours I was told, along with many other customers, that they were out of cars. They suggested we call Uber- and we're staying in Cape Coral. Next time I'll fly in to Ft. Myers where we had no problem getting a vehicle.

I didn't try the number, so cannot speak to the other reviews that the phone was disconnected, but they had my reservation as expected, and the employee that helped me was very friendly and helpful! (Despite being 11:30pm after a delayed flight). Uses the same cars as Avis and Budget rental agencies. Can't ask for much more for a cheap car rental

Absolutely don’t use this company! They have a disconnected phone number and we just lost $988 for a rental that we were on time for, but they wouldn’t let us take the car! All because we didn’t have a credit card compared to debit card. They tried to say that it was because we are Florida residents. We have rented dozens of times with Debit card and they just put deposit hold on it. They said no debit cards. This behavior has to stop! Car was fully paid for when I booked it, and we were going to give $200 deposit. But nope!... read more
