I booked them regardless of the bad reviews I read. I should have listened . After providing 2 insurances for liability and collision because MY deductible was $500 and not $250 they wanted to charge me $65 a day extra for insurance I had them take me back to the airport and I got a car at the desk. It was cheaper than what they were gonna charge me for insurance lol

Terrible customer service. I was told to call the store since we didn't receive the mini van we rented. I called several times and wasn't able to talk with a representative. I was transferred to the customer service located out of the country. When you call customer service, that's another twenty to thirty minutes of your time wasted.

Do not rent from here. I reserved and only had mini vans or electric cars left. Really very big disappointment. Stay away from here for a relief on your trip

Reservamos con anterioridad un carro, y cuando llegamos por el, nos dicen que no lo tienen y hacen super largo el tramite de cancelación, cuando la culpa es de ellos.
