I rented a car for about 3 weeks. I called both on-site where I picked the car up and 1800 number to confirm I could drop it off at another location closer to me, being that I found the information on the COMPANY WEBSITE, where it clearly states "PAYLESS CAR RENTAL SERVICED BY OTHER KNOWN VENDOR. I got a clear yes from both actual location and call center to be sure. When I got to the second location they informed me that they could not return the vehicle because they DON'T SERVICE PAYLESS. We were very pleased with the service. We were referred by a relative. They were pleased as well. In the near future we will use Payless Parking again. The staff was very courteous. Check in and check out was at a reasonable time. Vehicle was fine when we returned. Thank you!

My flight was delayed for a day - but I had no problem with my pre-paid deposit. It was honored. I have parked at Payless before and highly recommend it. Great price and very friendly staff!

cannot say enough good things about the service we received from your staff in Philadelphia. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our return flight was late returning to Philly on Saturday and it was no problem at all. The driver came right away to pick us up and was friendly. When we got back to your location our car was waiting for us. I almost didn't think it was our Jeep because it was so clean. We will use your parking service the next time we fly. Thank you very much.

This is the first time I used Payless and from the beginning to end the service was excellent. My return flight was delayed putting my arrival past midnight. When I called to advise them I would be arriving after their closing time, they were courteous and told me they would remain open until I arrived. The van was waiting at the airport and I was on my way home within minutes of my arrival. Great job!!

Professional, courteous staff. Timely drop and pickup from airport. They were even expecting my arrival and had a van ready for pickup. Add to this, they even gave me a free car wash. At this price, the service is unbeatable. Reserve without hesitation.

My husband rented a car on Mar 4th and 2 weeks later he discovered he misplaced his glasses. I called today to see if he might have left them in the car. I had the pleasure of speaking with Denny, who truly demonstrated he understands the relationship with a customer extends beyond the rental.
