Hands down the best car rental experience! Latoya was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the car selections. She was patient, kind, and had me out the door in under 15 minutes, even after I made the mistake of going to the wrong parking number 😅
Aside from the incorrect directions about the shuttle (there is no Payless shuttle, you have to take the Avis shuttle and go to the Avis counter), which resulted in us waiting forever for a Payless shuttle which didn't exist, the rest of the process was smooth. Easy pickup and drop off of the car, in and out in minutes.
Worst Car Rental Experience Ever! They gave me a defective vehicle that needed to be towed twice because it stopped working shortly after leaving the lot on the highway. I was able to get refunded for most of the ordeal thank goodness, except for the mandatory towing off the highway from 911, but only after dealing with the back and forth with their customer reps for over a month. Please don’t rent from them. I’m currently on line for one hour now and still have not been helped yet.. this is ridiculous and will never rent from them again.
Expedia will take you money fullly knowing that Payless/Avis requires a credit card no matter what. Then make you contact Payless/Avis who will try to tell you that it’s Expedia that cancels but no Payless cancels but Expedia issues the refunds. You have to call both. Now I’m waiting 15 days for my money back. What is the point of prepaying if they deny you the reservation at Pickup time?
