Service was fantastic. I was in and out at no time.
My family is trying to get a rental car here and I just traveled to New York. It was fantastic.
If I could give zero stars, I would do so both for Payless and Avis. First I got an electric car, wonderful. The only problem is you can’t find a place to charge it because it doesn’t use Tesla’s chargers drove 90 miles 45 miles round-trip to charge up. Two days before my rental was done couldn’t find a place to charge brought it back, they gave me a different car gasoline. Incredibly long line, nobody in a hurry. Expect to wait a very long time here. Almost had to cancel my trip.
They are owned by Avis. The only good thing is the price. Service is horrible. There is a huge line out the door for pick up. Been waiting 30 min already and line hasnt moved. I actually had a reservation and a car and needed to extend one day. They wanted $270 to extend one day. To book one day online it was $80 and my current rate is $72. So I had to drive all the way here, drop off car I was in, wait in huge line to get the new car under my new reservation.
