Rather long wait to pick up the car even at noon on a Wednesday afternoon.
Car had a flat when I got it. So I am on vacation buying an air compressor to get around. Customer service is a joke
Taposh, is the reason why I have faith in organizations that are poorly managed. I waited 1 hour waiting for the shuttle to standing in line while three counters for AVIS, Payless and another company try to fix car issues and missing vehicles, and other random issues. Taposh was kind, helpful, and positive. He was quick and was clearly helping the best he could for problems outside of his control. He should be promoted immediately. Fantastic employee.
If negative stars were possible, this place would have them to the max. Customer service is rude, try getting a manager and they go dumb founded. You can pace around sit in the lobby for hours looking lost and they won’t even ask a question. Booked vehicle and paid for pick up at 4 am, 1 pm just made it home with no vehicle.
What a mess! Long lines, but is about what is expected at an airport rental place.
