If I could give less then one start I would! Absolutely read every single word of the contract. After turning in the vehicle in the exact same condition that we rented, we were charged an additional fee. $250 for an OPTIONAL SERVICES, which we never agreed to. Called customer support and was told it was valid charge, false! CS claimed we agreed to additional damage waiver, again FALSE! DON’T rent from here!!!!!!

NEVER BOOK HERE! They have low ratings for a reason. My vehicle was never checked in after returning it. A rep from the store texted me asking when I was bringing it back 10 days later. You can’t call the store directly you only get a call center. My invoice does not reflect the charges i agreed to on the phone and the supervisor at the call center is telling me that they cannot pull the recorded line. I spent over 2 hours on the phone to be told to call back tomorrow. If I could give them negative reviews I would.

I picked up car at 4am after a long flight from Texas noticed they gave me a wrecked car, matience light on and tire pressure light was on. Car was nice other than those issues. But it must of got pulled out of injury reserved lot!! I paid too much for a wrecked car
