I had reserved a vehicle with this company for a rental in November, it is May. Within less than 24 hours I realized I had the wrong week. They refused to change the dates, and refused to refund any part of my money. I could understand it if it was a week away or had been several weeks when I had made the reservation but that isn't the case. I had never reserved with them before and will never use them in the future. Do not use this company.

SCAM. They double charged me! If I hadn't noticed, they would have gotten away with it! It took WEEKS and over 6 calls before I finally got my money back. I left multiple messages over weeks for the manager, and a helpful employee specifically said she directly gave my info to the manager so there is no excuse. Context, I reserved through Priceline and paid up front, then they made me pay again at the desk without explaining I was paying twice. Got a car here for work and was charged an extra $600 for fees that weren't part of or mentioned in the initial reservation.

I should have looked at the Google reviews before I booked this through my AmericanAirlines app. I got charged $360 for a 36 hour rental of a Nissan Sentra that I drove less than 50 miles. When I called the rental car company after I dropped my car off very early in the morning and received my bill via email, I got to speak with a very rude employee who explained the charges to me and basically said that they were out of her hands and I should be grateful that they were able to serve me at all. Do not use this company. Pay the extra $20 for another company it will save you in the long run. I was told by an employee I was required to have insurance. After reviewing the contract when I got home I saw I could decline. I called, left voicemails, put in tickets, and emailed stating my situation and to take off the insurance.
