This was the worst service and car I've ever rental. No car had available when I got there because the person called someone to see if anything was available. Then I waited 20 min outside for some to pull up. I mentioned that the call was not clean and had a smell. She didn't reply But I also mentioned it to the lady in booth. The day after there was other things I discovered
I did everything they told me to and never got my deposit back. Called several times and they gave me a run around. Never rent a car from here unless you wanna pay 300 online and 250 for a deposit that you will never get back. Payless pshh! Paymore!
This was a good experience. Payless and Avis are connected, and the employee was very helpful. I think his name was Jeff and seemed to have a customer service attitude that was over and above what might be expected. I got a very good car and I will use them again if I am down in that area.
This place WILL lease you a stolen vehicle!!
