ZERO STARS I had a reservation "with flight info so they could be aware of changes" and it took 2 hours to receive a vehicle after I was delayed 14 hours during flights. Buckle Up! We chose the get what you get option because the pricing was better and that worked out just fine. Ended up getting a Chevy Blazer that was in nice shape and worked well for our needs. The only real issue I ran into was we had to sign paperwork saying that we wouldn't smoke in the vehicle but when we got the vehicle it reeked like smoke. When I brought this to their attention they basically said yeah they all do and don't worry about it.
