I rented a mid size sedan and received what looked to be someone’s car. The car had many dents and missing pieces of the car. The sun visor was broken on one end and obstructed my view. I complained and was told too bad and I signed a contract. No way was this rentable
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Booked directly through them and prepaid yet after an hour in line advised there were no vehicles. Given no assistance other than to call an 800 number. Left high and dry scrambling for a last minute rental at competitor which cost me $160 more. Even more laughable is their 800 customer service number I had to speak with concerning a refund. Compeletely useless. What is point of booking and prepaying directly through them if they dont honor booking?!? Then to top off customer servic... read more
