Guys please read! I am warning you about this scam. I rented a car from them. They were not giving a car first as they said the name on reservation is different. I showed them the email confirmation that the company sent after the booking with all the correct information. After like 40 minutes they gave me a different car from what I booked. Smooth process. Second time we rented a car here. Highly recommend for a good deal and easy process.
Do not rent here ....evem with reserevation. From booking.com they they didn't have a car for me. They close whenever they want. Booking.com is not going to help you to have your money back. Stay away from this companies!!!!
Beware! I am warning you, just when I thought the budget one up the street was the worst ever, I ran into Payless/Avis. By far hands down theeee worst experience ever. I booked a G80 E, luxury elite, waited two hours and he offered me an electric pick up truck. I told him I didn’t come to Detroit to help people move, then he offered me an explorer , I told him to please explore more options and then he gave me an expedition which was dirty as ever. Place is a absolute trash. Check your bills, there’s charges you did not agree too. No one communicates to anyone. I’m out of state and had to drive in 4x before having someone to correct my damn bill! Managers are clueless. No one besides Jeet knows how to do their damn job. On site MANAGER told ME to call customer service for their damn issue. And that’s it’s been so long they can’t issue my refund.
