HORRIBLE. I’ve called 7 times and emailed customer service several times for my receipt. They say they email it to me and I’ve never received it. I have been trying and wasting my time for over 2 weeks.
It’s the worst, one customer service person for two car rental agencies with very long line, he takes forever with each customer, waiting time is soooooo long,
In October 2025, I rented a car from Payless at DTW (Detroit Airport) and there were numerous issues with the worst being no gas in the car at pick up and they had me drive over to their pumps to fill it up. The first car they gave me had car issues. I was there an extra 45 minutes resolving issues. It was a terrible experience. I called them and there was no answer. I will NEVER rent from them again!!!!
