They come off as a cheap or affordable car rental company but have multiple hidden fees. Should change the company name to Paymore Car Rentals. Will never return and would never recommend.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS... When I picked up there was 1 person working counter for a line of over 20 people so it took an hour to get car, when I dropped off, they failed to check car in and tried to charge me for 4 extra days...spent another 4 days on the phone with them fixing it THE SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU SAVE IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE...SHOP ELSEWHERE
In a word- horrible!! Why would this company merge three rental companies at one counter with only two representatives. Unbelievable! Unnecessary long waiting. You cannot help but feel sorry for the clearly overworked staff, that is, if you can get over your own frustration. Plan waaaaay ahead.
